Convenient
Convenient spot for us to stay on our way south west, after arriving to Perth airport in the afternoon.
Quiet, and a good spot for us to stop. Breakfast very enjoyable.

Rare gem
On our way back to Perth Airport from the Margaret River region, needed accommodation that would make the trip to the airport simple. What we found was Coranda Lodge. A rural idyll only an easy 30 mins from the airport. We stayed in the B&B room which is soon to be transformed into self contained apartment with the addition of a lounge room and kitchenette.
Coranda Estate is a horse riding facility and we enjoyed watching the horses exercising under lights from our verandah in the evening. Also wandered through the stables before breakfast and had a chat to the horses.
We tucked into a scrumptious breakfast prepared by our host Tony and leisurely departed to the airport.
We couldn't have wished for better.

Immaculate, Spacious and top quality
Cant compliment this place enough. We arrived in Perth in the early hours of the morning and every single hotel was completely booked. After settling down to sleep in a car park in a McDonalds in Perth I decided to try ringing one more place. It was 4am when I rang and the owner Tony answered and told us that now that we had him awake we might as well make the 20 minute drive over to Coranda Lodge.
It was dark when we arrived and we had no idea what would await us in the morning. I awoke from my slumber in a huge double bed and pulled the blinds to find horses being ridden by two beautifull young ladies. Heaven!
Coranda Lodge was immaculate. The smallest details make all the difference. The lounge in our room with satellite t.v. and couches, the bathroom was top class. The private balcony with a super bbq which got plenty of use. Everything right down to the plates and cutlery provided was top class.
The location is superb ..20 mins to the CBD. 2 mins to Armadale with restaurants, bars and shopping centres. Our business in Perth was not something you would wish on anyone as we were there to wrap up our deceased relatives affairs but after a hard two weeks Coranda Lodge was a haven and retreat that we were blessed with finding. The fact the owner Tony took the time to accommodate us at all after being turned away by every other hotel we called to and rang, says a lot about how they treat their customers. On payment Tony the owner gave us the first night for free!! I couldn't believe it! Tony is a true gentleman and gave us the freedom of the ranch, swimming pool, allowed to roam around and feed the horses. An absolute gentleman if ever there was one.
I have stayed in accomodation all over the world from fiji to honduras, Thailand to Miami, and Coranda lodge was the cleanest and most relaxing place I have ever had the pleasure of staying. Honestly this place is 5 star in every aspect. If your staying in Perth and you want somewhere that is spacious and spotless and serene then this is the place to stay!

Beautiful Accommodation!
We have had a wonderful 2 weeks at the Coranda Lodge. The rooms were tidy and clean, superb English breakfast every morning. Tony and Carolyn do make you feel at home, great sense of hospitality. Our kids enjoyed riding and feeding the horses. We recommend this accommodation to everyone who loves the combination of urban and country lifestyle.

We stayed just one night here as we had a late flight arriving and didn't want the long drive to Margaret River. Tony was super accommodating and welcoming when we turned up quite late. The next morning our two little girls (3 and 5) had great fun playing with the cats, dogs and horses.

My wife and I stayed at Coranda for 5 nights, initially we had only planned for 2 but given the rural surroundings and the warmth of our hosts we decided to extend. Never once did we feel out of place while staying here. Both Caroline and Tony are excellent hosts.
“3 day break”

After having difficulty finding accommodation around Perth, we discovered Coranda Lodge bed and breakfast and decided to give it a go. All in all, we stayed nearly a week and found the hospitality of Tony and Carolyn to be fantastic. Tony is a great host and will make anyone feel at home during their stay, and the accommodation itself is extremely comfortable.
“Stress free break with all the comforts of home. We didn't want to leave.”

Coranda Lodge B&B is a brilliant little place to stay - especially if you are an animal lover! There are around 40+ horses on the property in which you can feed them carrots whilst roaming the very large back-yard! The owners Tony and Caroline are so welcoming and such warm and friendly people, it makes you feel as though you are home.

We stayed for 3 nights/days with Tony and Carolyn en-route to Margaret River from Sydney. The homestead is beautifully set in the countryside but close to Armadale with its shops and fast train to Perth, and very accessible from the airport and coastal highway. With private bathroom and clean, modern and comfortable guest bedroom.
